Returns:

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. You have 3 days from the date of delivery to return the items. After 3 days, you will no longer be eligible to return your items.

Only products in unopened original packaging that has not been tampered with or used in any manner may be returned for a refund or exchange.

A clear video and photo proof is required to initiate a return or exchange showing the item is unopened and sealed.

Eligibility for Returns:

• Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.
• Items must be in the original packaging. Packaging must be sealed with untampered plastic and box with all packaging materials.
• The sample with purchase must be returned as well otherwise a deduction of AED 40 will be taken from refund.
• You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
• Only products purchased at mariamajmalperfumes.com are eligible for returns.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Gift cards
• Sale items
• Items removed from original packaging.

Refunds:

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

Approval of Refunds:

If your refund request is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Refunds will only be issued to the person and account that made the original purchase. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

The refund amount will include the purchase price of the returned products. Unless prohibited by law, any shipping and handling charges paid for the original purchase will not be refunded.

Exchanges:

Only products in unopened original packaging that has not been tampered with or used in any manner may be returned for a refund or exchange.

Any items delivered to you which are received broken or faulty will be exchanged or refunded. Please contact customer support immediately through email or phone with proof of damage, clear videos and pictures taken right at the time of receiving the damaged delivery.

Proofs can be shared via email at info@mariamajmalperfumes.com and we will assist you in the process including a courtesy return label for you to ship items back.

Shipping for Returns:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Lost or Damaged Returns:

If the item is not received or is damaged upon return, we may not be able to process your refund. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

How to Make Your Return:

Contact us at info@mariamajmalperfumes.com or via WhatsApp to initiate the return process. You will need to provide us with clear videos and photos of the package and once we approve that the product has been unopened/unused, we will provide you with a return label.

Kindly pack the items carefully back into the original packaging (including outer delivery box) with sufficient packing material to prevent breakage, as items broken and damaged due to insufficient packaging will not be eligible for return.
